We collect only what you send us, we use it to reply to you or to send the briefing you asked for, and this site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

What we collect and why

• Contact form. Your first name, last name, email address and message, so we can reply to your request. The form is provided by Tally (Tally BV, Belgium).
• Quarterly Briefing. Your email address, so we can send the newsletter you subscribed to. You confirm your subscription by email, and every issue has an unsubscribe link. The list is managed with MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania).
• Visit statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.
• Hosting. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages and protect the site.

We answer contact requests because you asked us to, we send the newsletter because you consented to it, and we measure visits and secure the site because we need to run it properly.

How long we keep it

Contact requests: as long as needed to follow up on them. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Who else sees it

We don't sell your data. Only the providers named above process it, on our behalf. Cloudflare may process data in the United States, under safeguards approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to franck@forward-partners.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority, for example the CNIL in France.
